Prestige Rosewood is a luxury residential township by Prestige Group. It is located at Whitefield Main Road, Varthur, East Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

The project covers 12 acres, and it is the third phase of Prestige Raintree Park project. It has 7 high-rise towers and a total of 980 flats.

The township has 50+ amenities that include a gym, parks, kids' play areas, jogging tracks, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and sports courts.

The township has excellent road, rail, metro, and airport connectivity. It is close to SH 35, Outer Ring Road, STRR, and Sarjapur. The Hopefarm Junction Metro Station is just 5 km away. Kempegowda Airport is about 45 km from the project.

The township offers 1, 2, 3,3.5, and 4BHK apartments.

• The sizes are as follows,
• 1 BHK flat: 659 to 750 sq. ft.
• 2 BHK flat: 1,000 to 1,200 sq. ft.
• 3 BHK flat: 1,500 to 1,800 sq. ft.
• 3.5 BHK flat: 1,900 to 2,100 sq. ft.
• 4 BHK flat: 2,300 to 2,513 sq. ft.

Prices start at ₹87.5 Lakhs for a 1 BHK of 659 to 749 sq ft. A 2 BHK starts at ₹1.31 Cr, a 3 BHK at ₹1.94 Cr, a 3.5 BHK at ₹2.44 Cr, and a 4 BHK at ₹2.94 Cr.

The possession of the project will be in December 2030.

Prestige Group is known for completing its projects on time. If there is any delay, buyers can easily raise a complaint against the builder.

Booking a flat at Prestige Rosewood is done through an Expression of Interest (EOI) during prelaunch. It allows buyers to have early access to the units before the official launch.

Buyers may need to pay registration charges, GST, maintenance deposits, utility connection fees, and clubhouse charges.

The EOI amount is refundable. Exact terms are based on the builder's policy and also on the stage of booking.

Late payments will result in loss of booking priority or in late fees.

The project will be officially launched soon in December 2026.

You can book an apartment now by submitting an EOI form. Once the form is accepted, you get priority to select a unit before the official launch.

Payments are accepted through bank transfer or post-dated cheque. Cash payments are not suggested for large amounts.
